Land Use & Economic Development Advisory
The Fellows Group is a land use and economic development advisory practice serving developers, investors, nonprofits, and public agencies across Georgia.
TFG is
TFG specializes in the analytical and strategic work that shapes a project before construction documents, financing close, or final entitlements are pursued. Engagements range from site evaluation and entitlement strategy for private developers to policy, planning, and program design for public agencies.
Services
TFG works with two kinds of clients: private-sector capital investing in land, and public-sector institutions shaping how that land develops.
Track A · Private Sector
For developers, investors, landowners, family offices, and capital partners.
Decision-oriented support for site evaluation, acquisition, entitlement risk, and pre-development structuring.
Track B · Public Sector
For counties, cities, DDAs, authorities, public agencies, and nonprofits.
Policy-grounded and community-facing advisory for public land, planning, redevelopment, and program design.
How TFG works
TFG conducts original analysis and applies it directly to client decisions. Research is the engine that drives advisory work.
Recommendations are produced through structured methodology and documented reasoning that clients can defend.
As a licensed Georgia real estate broker, TFG can move from advisory into acquisition or disposition when required.
